Planetspace, a family-owned, self-storage company, required their business to move online. With 6 facilities across Mallorca with different servicing a varied client base, and many variations in Units they needed a robust solution.

Not only was the experience of the user needing to be considered but also how the flow of information from the website to their existing, archaic system architecture would be handled and managing stakeholders and staff / family with a shift to an online, automated system.

A key requirement from the business was that users would be able to reserve or book units and that no matter which flows they took, even if no conversion occurred, the business would be able to collect their key data information without driving the potential client away.
